🗑️ Data Deletion Request

If you want to delete your personal data and account from Bookclusive system

📋 How to Request Data Deletion

🔐 1. Delete via User Account

Login to your account
Go to Account Settings > Privacy
Click "Request Account Deletion"
Confirm deletion via email
Data will be deleted within 30 days

📧 2. Send Request via Email

If you cannot access your account, please send a deletion request to:

Required information in email:

Full name used in registration
Email address used in account
Phone number (if any)
Approximate registration date
Reason for account deletion

🗂️ What Gets Deleted

All personal information (name, email, phone)
Purchase history and payment records
Books in library and reading progress
Bookmarks, notes, and highlights
Profile picture and account settings
Login history and device information

⚠️ Important Notes

Account deletion cannot be undone
You will lose all purchased books
Legal required data will be kept as per law
Receipts and tax data kept for 5 years
Processing takes 7-30 business days

⏱️ Processing Time

Data deletion requests will be reviewed within 7 business days and data will be removed from the system within 30 business days.
